Job Overview And Responsibility

• You will join the product team to enhance the customer experience in our product ecosystem for thousands of global customers through conducting research, analysis, products’ improvement, etc.
• Understanding user behaviors to see how they interact with the systems and under what context.
• Adapt, manage, and innovate research practices including quantitative and qualitative user research projects to meet the team’s needs
• Analyses data to turn data into information, adapting methods as needed effectively.
• Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
• Creating personas and customer journeys, empathy maps to define the user’s usage & attitude, needs/unmet needs to provide solutions.
• Work closely with Product design team members and other stakeholders to identify and evaluate research topics
• Documenting, presenting all studies from research to share with all PO, UX controllers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Job Level: Junior ­ Middle.
• 1­-2 years or more in Market Research/UX research or any other research experience.
• Strong portfolio of past work experience that demonstrates generative and evaluative research, from managing to executing research.
• Critical thinking and problem­-solving skills.
• Self­-starter with a strong sense of curiosity
• Knowledgeable in using supporting tools to analyze and organize findings
• Experience with frameworks to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of a feature
• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
• A strong desire for creative problem-­solving with a positive attitude
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.
