Job Overview And Responsibility

• Conduct, observe and analyse usability testing sessions
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Create internal and external user stories, personas, and storyboards
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
• Create prototypes and wireframes
• Conduct usability testing
• Present and communicate insights with business and technical teams in order to help shape long­term product strategy

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 ­ 9 Years of experience in user interface design or related fields; with at least of
• 3 years of user experience research or user experience design
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiar with an in­house agile team setting which has launched at least 1 production app on iOS or Android
• Adaptability
• Communication, collaboration and teamwork
• Problem­solving
• Design thinking
• A user­centric mindset
• Attention to detail
• Creative and analytical approach
• Understanding of interaction design principles
• Knowledge of design tools used such as Sketch or Adobe InDesign and Figma
• Familiar with data analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Mixpanel and Hotjar
• Languages : Vietnamese and English
