Job Overview and Responsibility
– Lead and manage the design team, including Graphic, Web, and UX UI designers, by planning, assigning work and developing staff.
– Ensure brand consistency when designing and developing products.
– Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Management teams to align design strategies with business objectives.
– Proficiency in utilising Adobe Creative Suite and other essential design tools like Figma and Sketch.
– Supervise the design processes and ensure applicability and practicality, to optimise user experience and SEO.
– Evaluate and integrate emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve the product.
– Know how to implement Data A/B Testing to respond to user feedback and optimise product performance.
Required Skills and Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX UI, or related fields.
– Must have 05+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
– Strong in Adobe Photoshop.
– Have a creative and detail-oriented approach to work.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript.
– Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability.
– Ability to work under high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
