Job Overview And Responsibility

As a Technical Manager, you are responsible for:

• Leading the technical team (ReactJS/NodeJS) around 30 developers.
• Play the role of responsible for architecture, design and practices and guide team on use of new technologies balancing risk and reward.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• In charge of defining development processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product managers when products are in concept, in development, and in production for timely and high quality delivery.
• Fostering a healthy, collaborative IT culture.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years professional software development experience (NodeJS/ReactJS).
• 3+ years of experience leading a technical team (with the scope of 20+).
• Proven ability for coaching and mentoring.
• A passion for communication and collaboration.
• A track record of planning and delivering on multiple overlapping projects spanning several months.
• Experience implementing engineering processes that emphasize security and quality.
• English working proficiency.
