Our Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Technical Manager (Bamboo Material) position.

• Reporting to: Deputy CEO
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Overview And Responsibility

• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
• Research and outline technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
• Develop a strategic plan for product and service development.
• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
• Lead a team of staff developing products, and address training needs when necessary
• Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations in order to improve them
• Execute tasks efficiently as delegated by superiors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
• Possess at least 03 years of experience in the related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading technical English, applying English for research and communication.
• Show proficiency in CAD tools, adept at modern machine design.
• Possess effective communication and refined presentation skills.
• Exhibit organizational skills, decisiveness, and robust problem-solving abilities.
