Job Overview And Responsibility

• Research, Design and Develop blockchain projects such as defi / NFT with highly reliable, available and scalable web­-scale distributed microservices-­based systems.
• Continuously contribute to improving our tech ecosystem, libraries, frameworks and services.
• Lead a team for high-­quality, reliable, and testable deliveries within schedule.
• Develop technical requirements from business requirements.
• Architect new features for applications with both front­end, back­end, and data storage.
• Develop high­-level technical design with best practices, high performance, and reliability.
• Review low­-level technical design in alignment with the high­-level design.
• Provide technical supports and solutions for technical challenges and/or issues.
• Train and coach members to build a passionate technical team with a high-­performance culture.
• Guide the team to apply and follow design principles, design patterns, coding standards, code effective, and best practice. Make a readiness of the environment for both development and testing.
• Plan suitable and enough tasks for the whole team. Monitor the progress of tasks effectively and clean up obstacles.

Required Skills and Experience

• BS or MS degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge in release management including AppStore, Google Play, AWS deployment; Automation, scripting, and Docker is big plus. Strong expertise with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Substantial experience in building complex & high­-performance web­-scale systems using microservices. The ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, OOAD, design principle (SOLID, DRY, GRASP), design patterns (GoF), data structures, algorithms, multithread programming.
• 5+ years of experience in the software industry, 3+ years of experience in working on software design, technical design, software architecture, and technical architecture. 1+ years of experience in leading a team size of 6+ members.
• Experience in developing web development and/or mobile development.
• Experience in technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Android, iOS, Angular, React, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS cloud, or Azure cloud.
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Javascript, and PHP.
• Solid experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Go.
• Experience in agile development processes, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Ability to work effectively, in a fast-­paced environment that is transitioning from the start­up phase.
• Strong knowledge in popular public & enterprise blockchains, cryptocurrency, smartcontract (Solidity).
• Having solid experience in blockchain application & smartcontract.
• English: good at reading technical texts, medium at writing.
