Job Overview and Responsibility

  • Create and update SOPs in collaboration with process expert(s).
  • Ensure continuous improvement of SOPs and tool methodology as well as develop/maintain guidance documents.
  • Ensure identification of process gaps/overlaps and bring solutions for unresolved issues to management.
  • Act as key member of cross-functional teams on business process, performance or system enhancement initiatives, as required.
  • Introduce the SOP mapping tool and the role of the SOP Governance Office to line functions, as required.
  • Collect/track any change requests and ensure they are raised to review.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor in finance & accounting or from relevant fields.
  • Must have 03+ years of experience in a similar roles.
  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (SAP, Oracle, MS, …), databases including google drive.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • English skill: Uper-Intermediate
