Job Overview And Responsibility

• Works with software engineering teams on a daily basis.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements, then produces and maintenances product requirements documents (PRD).
• Identifies and fills product gaps, as well as generates new product ideas.
• Ensures products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Collects and analyzes feedbacks from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Becomes the bridge between departments, ensure the product operation is streamlined and effective.
• Monitors the platform’s health and makes improvements when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Love technology in general, love working in software­building projects.
• Experience working in international environment, good Business English preferred.
• 5+ years of working experienced in software product lifecycle management.
• 2+ years of working experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Technical skills with the ability to gain an in­-depth understanding of software systems and make meaningful contributions to high­stakes discussions on software architecture.
• Excellent product design sense plus awareness and interest in market dynamics, user behavior, pricing, etc.
• Ability to move and adapt rapidly with new directions and strategic decisions.
