Job Overview and Responsibility
1. Job Objectives:
- As a Social Media Specialist/ Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s social media presence.
- Your role entails creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and developing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across various social platforms.
2. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for diverse social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) relevant to the industry community.
- Collaborate with influencers to generate and promote authentic content aligned with our brand identity.
- Plan and execute live stream campaigns, ensuring a seamless and engaging viewer experience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Analyse social media metrics, track KOL performance and provide regular campaign performance and effectiveness reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure our brand presence remains innovative.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Professional experience in PR/Brand Communication, managing Social Media for 4-5 years or more.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding content development.
- Creative mindset and strategic thinking in crafting social media content.
