Job Overview and Responsibility

1. Job Objectives:

  • As a Social Media Specialist/ Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s social media presence.
  • Your role entails creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and developing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across various social platforms.

2. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for diverse social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) relevant to the industry community.
  • Collaborate with influencers to generate and promote authentic content aligned with our brand identity.
  • Plan and execute live stream campaigns, ensuring a seamless and engaging viewer experience.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyse social media metrics, track KOL performance and provide regular campaign performance and effectiveness reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure our brand presence remains innovative.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in PR/Brand Communication, managing Social Media for 4-5 years or more.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding content development.
  • Creative mindset and strategic thinking in crafting social media content.
