Job Overview And Responsibility

• Provide technical support for project proposals: technical architecture, organization and process, planning, help with estimation.
• Lead, manage & scale large agile teams (30+ members)
• Meeting with clients from all around the planet to define and evaluate strategy and tech requirements
• Overview each project’s life cycle, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency.
• Assist the project teams in urgent cases, fixing the root-­cause and come up with strategies to resolve the issues. Hands­-On coding required in these cases.
• Encourage development standards across all development teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Perfect English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Minimum 10 years of experience. You will be expected to have practical, hands on experience of developing and delivering several large scale, relevant projects.
• Good Business Mindset. Understand the requirements of international clients
• Deep knowledge in PHP and Javascript (React/Vue.js), Elasticsearch, MySQL as well as a deep understanding of DevOps Infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Develop spike solutions for difficult technical challenges like Microservices, Serverless (e.g. AWS Lambda), Massive Scaling, etc.
• You will be a strong advocate for maximizing automation in CI/CD, testing, quality processes and infrastructure
• Strong research skills, adapt quickly with new technologies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation skill, ability to think creatively and strategically.
