Our Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing Company. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Sales Accounting Staff position.

Reporting to: Accounting Manager
Working time: Monday to Friday

Job Overview And Responsibility

• Manage the end-to-end sales accounting process, including the accurate and timely recording of sales transactions, invoicing, and revenue recognition
• Receive information about promotion programs, gift from related departments, then consider carefully and provide instruction on issuing invoice in compliance with trade law & tax law
• Conduct month-end closing and calculate tax expense of promotion programs
• Record issues related to promotion & price discount programs in report, send to other departments for reminder and improve from experience to decrease the workload of both sides
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance on revenue recognition and sales-related accounting matters
• Check documents and input commercial invoice of export into system
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations related to revenue recognition and sales accounting
• Solve issues/ mistakes with related departments to ensure regulation compliance
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Have at least 1 year of experience in similar position
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office, have good numerical skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements in a sales accounting environment
