Company’s Industry Software Division (ISD) is in Company Technologies’ Products and Platforms business segment focused on engineering innovative in­-house IP, derived from expertise in delivering digital

platform engineering services and R&D solutions across the product life cycle of both hardware and software. The

Industry Software Division is chartered with developing a next-­generation software portfolio leveraging AI to transform

industries such as telecom and industry 4.0.

Currently the AI based software portfolio targets:

• ­Telecommunications service providers optimizing or deploying 5G networks
• ­Product manufacturing organizations (such as aerospace and automotive) transforming with digital design and smart development software
• ­Global Fortune 2000 companies leveraging Enterprise AI software to drive digital innovation across business processes and functional domains­- from product support to customer experience to HR

We are currently looking for Python Developers as part of the 5G team within the telecom Products & Platforms group of Company. The role holder will be part of the development team of PCF (Policy Control Function) product.

Responsibilities

• Development experience in Object oriented Python
• Experience in handling complex modules
• Contribution in unit and functional testing
• Experience in understanding of design documents and translating to implementation
• Exposure Agile methodology
• Linux commands

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of applicable experience in software development Or DevOps role
• Strong understanding of Python
• Experience with Linux and Docker
• Understanding of typical infrastructure services (e.g. databases, OpenSSH)
• Experience with CI/CD, how it can be applied to network automation and a testing framework (Pytest)

Nice to have:

• Algorithm, Machine Learning
• Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
• Strong understanding of Service Provider networks and cloud networking at scale (MPLS VPN, LDP/RSVP/BGP­-LU, EVPN, MLAG, OSPF, VLANs, DWDM)
