Job Overview And Responsibility

• Deeply understand the culture, core value and leadership principle of the organization which Company has been building.
• Deeply Understand the product vision via the interpretation of CTO and Founder & CEO to ensure the product building capability is ready on time.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap based on interpretation of CTO and Founder & CEO.
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Be responsible for growth in network usage and product profile/awareness
• Be an expert in the industry and on Company.
• Manage resources.
• Brief and train community ambassadors and the other divisions in an open community
• Represent the product and project within the organization.
• Act as a solid manager within the company as you need to protect and fully understand the technical standpoint from CTO, Founder & CEO’s vision and his strong passion & interest, a strong belief in Company mission & vision and deeply understand the customers point of views simultaneously.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deeply understand the core value and leadership principle of the organization.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with development teams and back end engineers
• Ability to participate in and influence others in technical discussions
• Asia time zone
• Excellent in mostly cloud-­based apps, such as google docs, slides, spreadsheets, etc..
• Tech startup experience.
• International exposure/experience working with diverse culture (example includes but not limited to education and work in a country different from the one they were born in )
• Growth mindset -­ they should have a track record of learning and applying new things serious about documentation; data-­driven mindset
• Global minded and think like a global citizen.
