Job Overview And Responsibility

As Senior Operations Manager / Operations Director, you will need to wear many hats and be adept at bringing structure to a startup environment. This is an intense business side startup role, and this person will work closely with the founders and Chief Operating Officer, to ensure that all operational tasks are effectively monitored and timely completed across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to have direct leadership responsibility for the growth of a fast growing international startup venture and its Operations department. This data­-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and inter personal ability to manage partnerships. We are growing at an exponential rate, so the ability to adapt to a new and ever changing environment is essential.

What you will do

• Work closely with COO and leadership team to shape operational strategy, and build launch playbooks for our key verticals (including Arts, Games and Media/Entertainment)
• Coordinate across Operations, Product, Technology and Marketing teams to ensure proper support and alignment for our NFT drops, including merchandise production, order management, CRM, crypto payment, and general marketplace operations
• Customer and partner onboarding management
• Business process design of internal, customer and operational processes, and build strong internal working practices
• Monitor NFT drops and campaigns progress and results, using data analysis and internal/external feedback to ensure operational efficiency and amazing user experience
• Monitor the company’s operating system as a super admin, and be comfortable with using operational tools (e.g. Google Enterprise, JIRA, CRM, Zendesk, etc.)
• Develop reporting and dashboards to define and track measurable OKRs and KPIs
• Other business critical tasks as assigned by the leadership team

• Be very comfortable with numbers and Excel
• Self-­motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a distributed and multicultural team setting

Prefer if candidate have

• Experience in or knowledge in blockchain and crypto is a big plus
• Prior technology startup experience is highly preferred
