Job Overview And Responsibility

As the Senior Manager, Community, you will you will be responsible for looking at our end-­to-­end experience, with primary responsibility for building out our Groups, Gamification, and Ambassadors / Advocacy programs. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in reimagining what Community can be, and deliver some incredibly impactful programs to our amazing Community of talent.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of a data­-driven approach, deep community development experience, and a natural ability to articulate the company mission in every communication. Prior successful leadership experience in community development for digital products in the Crypto or FinTech industry (or close adjacent category) is an absolute must.

What are the main tasks and responsibilities?

• Partner closely with CMO and Founders in the development and execution of world-­class community platform activation strategy. Your goal is to ensure that company Network is viewed as the most innovative, community-­focused NFT platform and a star within the crypto ecosystem.
• Exceptional communications skills: you are well versed in collaborating with peers, customers, executives, and tailoring your message accordingly. You can take various input and ideas and distill them to a cohesive and measurable strategic message.
• The spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship: you are not afraid to take risks, think bigger, and never settle. Come change how the world works.
• Drive community and KOL recommendations to enhance company brand and IR (industry relations) objectives – through deep understanding and strategic experience with social channels – Telegram, Discord, Twitter, YouTube, +++
• Hands­-on activation across all social channels and rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creatives, incentives, and approaches.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Content marketing.
• Be an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of community marketing roles.
• Owner & Operator of CRM tools to increase the user engagement and responsible for reporting ROI and KPIs for all programming.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, social media community building, and/or investor relations
• Open for Vietnamese and expats
• Deep understanding of the crypto space
• Advanced level of English is a must. Fluency in a third language is a plus
• Detail oriented, pro-­active in execution and project management
• Flexible for overtime work and enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-­paced environments
• Humble and willing to learn every day
• Critical thinking and have a service mindset, with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent communications and project management skills
