We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM focus) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Drive new user acquisition for Company on a primary channel (SEM)
• Support & execute channel tests, draft performance projections, and own channel metrics
• Maintain up-­to-­date roadmap of ad tests (creative, copy, targeting, channel, etc.) and coordinate between various stakeholders / contributors
• Measure, analyze and report on the campaigns, updates throughout duration of the campaign and optimization suggestions
• Participate in meetings to present results to other teams. Set up efficient systems and processes to manage user acquisition campaigns in a fast­-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with good grades
• 2 years of experience optimizing paid media channels including Google Ads
• Study abroad and international experience highly valued
• Startup experience highly valued
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data
• Sharp attention to detail. You don’t allow typos and mistakes in your work
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, teamwork spirit and result-­oriented
• Business-­level English
