Job Overview And Responsibility

• Support external and internal users to resolve their issues regarding the use of Company systems and applications, respond to their requests, provide solutions and communicate in a timely manner
• Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalate any concerns to the technical experts
• Review and maintain Company applications, procedures, and policies, to ensure they operate properly and efficiently, and make recommendations to optimize them
• Create documentation and help users understand how to use Company platforms effectively
• Provide training to users and employees

Required Skills and Experience

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the development of integrated business systems
• You master OOP and MVC design patterns, SOLID principles and ORM technique
• You are experienced on back and/or front-­end development (better if .NET and VueJs!)
• You’re experienced with development of Web applications , Web API, microservices, Mobile App to run on multiple devices, SQL scripting, and you enjoy designing and optimizing databases (SQL Server and CosmosDB are preferred)
