We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our product vision. The candidates should possess a growth mindset, passionate about transforming the user experience, and understand the importance of experimentation and rapid testing and learning. Success in this position requires an eye for detail, look to data to drive your decisions, and enjoy measuring and optimizing your products.

• To develop, manage, support, and maintain Company platform.
• Work on developing reliable, scalable, engaging, and user-centric web and mobile applications with a cross-functional team.
• Regularly review product performance within the technology team to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Undertake business analysis to understand new business requirements and develop ideas to enhance existing systems to meet those requirements.
• Manage projects to deliver new or enhanced functions to the technology landscape that are aligned with Company business strategy and objectives.
• Enforce governance processes to manage enhancement demand.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate best practices.
• Support, maintenance, and documentation of software functionalities and technical specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Good English communication.
• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritize work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization and designing schema.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Automated Testing Tools, Docker and/or other related container technologies/tools, CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java, ReactJs, nodeJs, and MSSQL. Coding experience is essential.
• Great communication skills and the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and the ability to think out-of-the-box.
• Collaborate with project and creative leadership to come up with the requirements, design, and convert their creative vision into a fully functional, polished experience.
