Job Overview And Responsibility

  • Manage and provide Solutions support (products and business solutions) for one or several Company products including but not limited to CASA, Term Deposit, Cards, Lending, Usage, Rewards and Loyalty, Wealths and Insurance.
  • Lead 01 or more workstreams which engage segments, acquisitions channels, marketing, tech to drive portfolio growth in terms of number of accounts, balances or revenue.
  • Devise and implement process solutions for new products/campaigns to bring them to success (including collaborating with other partners in banks, wealths, insurance…) and manage go-to market implementation.
  • Maintain and monitor product portfolio (including market and competitors research).
  • Own and optimize product policies and procedures to improve profitability and customer.
  • Keep track on product performance and profitability and suggest ideas/solutions for improvement.
  • Support the bank’s strategy including new system integration and testing as well as optimization.
  • Work closely with UI/UX and Tech team on solutions requirement and ensure they are delivered as expected.
  • Participate in UAT test for solutions and other ad-hocs if required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in related fields preferred in banking, financial services or fintech industry (Only open for candidates having experience in product of Wealth and Insurance).
  • Excellent analytical skill with strong business acumen.
  • Familiar with Data-analysis, Product-development and Design-thinking process.
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization and with various customer groups.
  • Good teamwork and capability to influence across various business lines at different levels within the organization effectively.
