Job Overview And Responsibility

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launching of the new video-related product.
• Determine and understand users’ needs, preferences, and product requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Manage product road map and opportunities, constantly refine feature ideas.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and various teams to plan, execute and track product release from beginning to end.
• Provide strategy, vision, and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the project and aligning product teams, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day improvement and optimization of product in coordination with operations and business development.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience working as a product manager or similar in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams, operations, research, and analytic functions.
• Excellent project, organizational, and time management skills.
• Data fluency and solid technical understanding.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, working level of English is a must.
• Able to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
