Job Overview And Responsibility

• Develop and implement compliance programs: Create and maintain an effective compliance program to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess compliance: Regularly review and assess the organization’s compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Identify areas of potential risk and take appropriate actions to address them.
• Provide legal advice and guidance: Offer expert legal advice and guidance to the management team and various departments on legal issues, contracts, intellectual property, and other relevant matters.
• Draft and review contracts: Review, negotiate, and draft various contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the organization’s interests and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Update and report to the Board of Directors the information about new laws (including the Bill) that affect and impact on the Company’s operations.
• Put the new Law in practice in time to ensure the Company’s compliance. Plan and implement activities to motivate relevant departments to conduct training so that managers and employees can raise awareness of the Company regulations to ensure compliance with the Company’s regulations (in various forms and platforms, including but not limited to activities such as offline/online training, website, etc.).
• Collaborate with external partners: Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to address legal and compliance matters as necessary.
• Develop and execute initiatives to assess the compliance of departments with the Company’s regulations, while also enhancing and promoting their adherence to these regulations.
• Execute other activities assigned by Department Manager and Division Manager.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law (holding a “Lawyer practicing certificate” is advantageous).
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Vietnamese laws and commonly applied international trade laws.
• Exhibit a profound understanding of commercial and business practices.
• Display a high level of proficiency in English writing, specifically in contracts and business communications.
• Possess advanced skills in analytical thinking and decision-making.
• Show attention to detail, honesty, a business-oriented mindset, proactivity, engagement, high level of independence, and strong sense of responsibility.
