Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for an HR Consultant who helps us take good care of companies and recruiters/headhunters.
- Building and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Managing various aspects of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, engagement compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development company compliance.
- In charging of insurance, tax and other legal matters needed in the company.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Overseeing employee satisfaction, productivity.
- Building and maintaining positive cultural values.
- Setting up and implementing proper administrative procedures.
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Below 1992.
- Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration,…or related fields).
- At least 2 years of related working experience (HR generalist role, tech companies, strong: recruiting, engagement,…).
- Not hiring the candidate who has solid experience with traditional companies.
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software.
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
- Have laptop for working.
