Job Overview And Responsibility

We are looking for an HR Consultant who helps us take good care of companies and recruiters/headhunters.

• Building and implementing HR policies and processes.
• Managing various aspects of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, engagement compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development company compliance.
• In charging of insurance, tax and other legal matters needed in the company.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
• Overseeing employee satisfaction, productivity.
• Building and maintaining positive cultural values.
• Setting up and implementing proper administrative procedures.
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Below 1992.
• Bachelor in Humane Resources, Business Administration,…or related fields).
• At least 2 years of related working experience (HR generalist role, tech companies, strong: recruiting, engagement,…).
• Not hiring the candidate who has solid experience with traditional companies.
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software.
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
• Have laptop for working.
