Roles and Skills:

Job Overview And Responsibility

  • Manage our marketing team, including daily check­-ins and support for our SEO, SEM, product marketing, and content marketing executives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define, create, and optimize digital campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Email, In­app, and others
  • Grow Company digital presence across channels for both demand generation and awareness
  • Create campaign copy and content. Work and guide team for creative content
  • Maintain tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation (A/B or multivariate testing)
  • Measure results and continually improve processes and content

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with good grades
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Proven project management experience
  • Passion for improving healthcare in Southeast Asia
  • Experience working with software to segment audiences, deliver push notifications, SMS, and email blasts, and analyze campaign performance
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing analytics
  • Great writing skills
  • Startup experience highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data
  • Sharp attention to detail. You don’t allow typos and mistakes in your work
  • English fluency. Vietnamese language skills a major plus
  • Willing to learn, accept feedback, teamwork spirit and result-­oriented
