Job Overview and Responsibility

• Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement a global marketing strategy that amplifies our brand, drives user acquisition, and ensures a successful TGE launch.
• Build Brand Authority: Position the platform as a thought leader in AI and Web3 innovation through content, partnerships, and strategic campaigns.
• Lead Growth Initiatives: Design and execute campaigns to expand our reach, build engagement, and grow our community globally.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with venture partners, exchanges, and ecosystem stakeholders to maximize marketing impact.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to optimize ROI and marketing outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to execute strategies at scale.
  Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of TGE, tokenomics, and blockchain ecosystems is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: Proven track record as a marketing leader, ideally 3+ YOE in Web3, blockchain, AI, or fast-growing tech companies.
• Vision: The ability to craft and communicate a compelling narrative that resonates with global audiences.
• Strategic Thinker: Expertise in growth marketing, branding, and product launches in highly competitive industries.
• Community Builder: Experience in fostering vibrant online communities, with knowledge of Web3 audience dynamics.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset to measure success and inform decision-making.
• Ability to use English fluently.
