Job Overview And Responsibility

• Collaborate within agile team (business owners, manual testers, developers) to define testing solutions throughout the entire software development life cycle.
• Maintain high quality builds, develop stable automation tests including investigating broken builds and failed tests.
• Define automation strategy for new features and production incidents (test data, test script implementation).
• Drive innovation topics to enhance software factory, automation framework, reduce test execution times, comprehensive feedback to developers.
• Collaborate across organization to troubleshoot DevOps problems quickly and efficiently.
• Evaluate and improve architectures for testing infrastructure and continuous deployment (configure automatic building, installing, testing jobs for deliveries).
• Develop and maintain tools for continuous delivery / continuous integration (merge commits, check missing commits, etc.).

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues.
• Programming experience with Java.
• Experience on test automation framework: Selenium, Katalon, Appium and Cucumber.
• Experience on performance test framework like Gatling, JMeter and Locust is a plus. Willing to do performance tests.
• Experience on Selenium infrastructure: Selenium Grid, Selenium for Docker, Selenium on Clouds.
• Experience on Continuous Integration tools (like Jenkins, Rundeck).
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Self-­motivated and able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment in the absence of complete information.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-­paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with various cross functional teams to deliver high quality products.
