​Job Overview And Responsibility

Reporting to the International Expansion Director, the Associate Director of International Business Development should understand deeply about the ideal customer profiles for our B2B strategy and how to approach them. You’ll work with country managers in all different markets (India, Indonesia, Japan, Brazil, Latin America).

You will be working to execute on strategies to improve our acquisition and conversion goals.

• Source, nurture and close partnerships and sales on a global scale.
• Assist Director of I.E and key market’s Head of Growth in growth initiatives.
• Assist Director in I.E in ad-hoc tasks within I.E scope.
• Support Director of I.E in hiring staff for AI EdTech’s country offices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Good understanding of the education/edtech industry, preferably over 2 years of experience in the field.
• Study abroad and have an excellent academic background.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal team; advanced negotiation skills. Global network of edtech/ educators preferred.
• Objective driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills.
